Aurora Capital Resource's portfolio of existing investments offers investors and partners the ability to selectively participate in assets ranging from manufacturing, consumer products, software, high yield factoring, real estate, and start ups that require seed capital to reach proof of concept. We offer a quarterly distribution model to our preferred group of investors that range in amount and asset type.

Michael Dennis Founder and Principal
Mr. Dennis brings over a decade of experience in alternative investments as well as in emerging technology; retail, and hardware/ software. He has managed and personally overseen in excess of $14M in P&L annually and over 60 employees. He has sourced, vetted, and turned around a struggling retail operation to a profitable enterprise that fetched a 300% return for his capital partners in less than 18 months. Dennis has a strong track record building world class inside and outside sales teams. He has staffed and managed sales and recruitment teams for start-ups and Fortune 1000 companies on a national basis. He most recently helped build and consulted on a lifestyle brand that secured a distribution deal in the first year of business. He is an active angel investor in technology, biotech, and start-up companies. Dennis is also a published novelist, pilot, and strategic entrepreneur who earned a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Loyola Marymount University.
Kat Sullivan Co-Founder and Creative Strategist
Katherine Sullivan "Kat" develops the creative strategy and launch timelines across all brand and seed investments. She works with founders to align their vision within the context of her trend analysis, as she has been known as a true "taste maker" in both fashion and lifestyle brands. Over the last few years Kat has helped launch multiple brands, working directly with suppliers and manufacturers in Asia, South America, Mexico, and locally in Los Angeles. She is an expert at sourcing materials to create packaging that reflects a brand's image within a price sensitive threshold. Kat analyzes industry markets and provides insight into their key drivers.
